FINDING COMPASSION
MAY 9, 630PM & 830PM AT ARTS ON SITE
Finding Compassion is a community-driven dance festival that brings together artists and audiences for charitable donations and cause awareness. KTCO will be supporting "The Trevor Project", a non-profit organization committed to supporting LGBTQ+ youth, with a performance of another new work, titled "Suadade".
KTCO at The Tank
KTCO presents an evening of dance, highlighting two world premieres for the company.
Suadade, choreographed by Katie Corrao, serves as a personal reflection of grief, memory, and longing. The work questions our relationship to others in the wake of loss and the residue left behind.
Grève Rèvolte is Corrao’s most recent work, in collaboration with the dancers of KTCO. Through the deconstruction of our autonomy, we reveal a binding power for which we choose to surrender or resist.
Together, we will guide the audience from introspection towards renewal, unraveling ourselves, shared responsibilities, and the values that define us.
Arts on The Lake
KTCO returns to Corrao's hometown of Putnam County New York, in an evening of past Repertoire, community outreach and connection
